Rioja

RIOJA is a 12-week-old male Chihuahua pup. He came out of an extremely overcrowded house of dogs and is part of "phase 1" removal. He's healthy and really very sweet, he just needs a little time to get used to more humans in his life. He's currently in a great foster home getting LOTS of snuggle time with the kids.
