Meet BARKLEY - Paws Behind Bars Trained

BARKLEY is one big floof! He is a young male, 1.5-years-old and weighs 50 lbs; he should put on another 10 to fill out a bit. He came to us as a family surrender as he filled his days "playing" with the neighbor's calves. Barkley thought he was having fun, they were just the right size for him, but the neighboring farmer thought otherwise. We don't know Barkley's breed mix: Sheepdog or Bearded Collie come to mind, but who knows? His temperament matches his looks - goofy, loving, huggable. He has no idea he's living in a prison; he's just soaking up all the attention of both men and dogs.

Barkley just started his training, but we're accepting applications.  

If you’re interested in adopting, our process begins with the submission of our online application, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months.  We review and schedule meet and greets (with approved applicants only) based on the order received.
