Meet RALPH

RALPH is a young male adult Chihuahua. He weighs 11 lbs. He came in to a local shelter as a stray. Ralph is very outgoing and busy, but he's very friendly. He yips and yaps but well within reason. Despite his size, he'd do well with an active family and should be fine with larger dogs. He's at a great size, you can pack him up and take him anywhere!
