Meet WOODFORD

WOODFORD is a 1 to 2-year-old male Hound mix. He weighs approximately 35 lbs. He came in as a hitchhiker during our storm travels. Our volunteers were on their way back with two other rescues and found him on the side of the road eating "roadkill." The volunteers stopped, and Woodford wagged his tail and jumped right into the van. He had no collar, was not chipped, and was a bit on the thin side. Now with us, he's doing very well. We have introduced him to a crate, a leash, and we think, since he's keeping a clean crate, he's fairly well house-trained. Woodford's most outstanding quality? He's a LAP DOG! If you sit down, he's right there! He is otherwise kind & gentle with a moderate energy level. He'll make a wonderful family companion.
