Meet ZIVA

Ziva is an 8-month-old Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix female. She currently weighs 58 lbs and will probably mature to about 75. The start of her story is a sad one. She was picked up in a rural area; when Animal Control found her, she had wounds all over her face, and she was standing guard over her two deceased siblings. We'll never know exactly what happened, but today, Ziva is a vibrant, happy dog who loves everyone she meets - people and dogs. She will do best in a home with a big backyard, older children (she likes to jump up on you), and a tolerance for dog hair. We're hoping to find the perfect individual or family who will give Ziva a happy ending to her story...

If you’re interested in adopting, our process begins with the submission of our online application, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months.  We review and schedule meet and greets (with approved applicants only) based on the order received.
