Meet EVIE

EVIE is a 7-year-old female mixed breed who came to us via the shelter where she was picked up as a stray. Her weight was good, but she was heavily matted. She has settled nicely with us, and, now that she's had a much needed groom, she's very happy!. She has a moderate energy level and doesn't bark much. She is being "re-introduced" to crate, house, and leash training at our facility and doing well. Here is the perfect middle-aged, sweet, "companion" dog who would make a great walking companion, too. Other than keeping her well-groomed (that heavily matted coat can HURT! if you don't stay with it), she is very low maintenance. She weighs 23 lbs.

If you’re interested in adopting, our process begins with the submission of our online application, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months.  We review and schedule meet and greets (with approved applicants only) based on the order received.
