Meet HIGH FIVE

HIGH FIVE is a 2-year-old male Beagle mix. He weighs 37 lbs and is close to his ideal weight. He was an emergency pull from the shelter due to his emaciated state. He also appeared to be in great pain. By the time we got him to the vet, he couldn't stand. Meningitis was quickly determined to be the cause, and, thankfully, he responded to treatment.

It's taken a month, but he is well on his way to a full recovery. Whether it be the vet's office or his foster mom, everyone LOVES High Five. He's affectionate, obedient and will sit on command. With a little work, he'll now give you a "high five!"
