Meet MICKEY - Paws Behind Bars Trained

MICKEY is a one-to-two-year-old male Border Collie mix. He weighs 57 lbs and is full grown. He is an exceptionally happy dog and loves people, plays well with other dogs. As you might expect, he has energy but then most young dogs do. He is working on his obedience skills in our prison dog training program. His inmate says he very smart, the challenge is to keep him focused on his schooling. He'd rather just play. Mickey is nearing the end of his training and will do best with an active family. A fenced yard is a must (no invisible fences) for this dog as he knows how to roam and leash walking won't be enough exercise.  Mickey does not care for cats.
