Meet RILEY

RILEY is a 3-year-old male Shih Tzu/Beagle mix? He weighs about 15 lbs and is simply unique and cute. Riley is in need of a quiet, consistent home where he'll have a good confidence coach. He must have missed the critical "socialization" stages as a puppy (maybe even a COVID puppy) as he steps back with anything new. He recovers quickly and then he relaxes, but he needs an owner who understands the behavior and will work with him. He so desperately needs a best friend. He's very easy to have around - small, short coat, friendly with other dogs and probably fine with older children.
